Manufacturing sector operates in
meeting pre-defined objectives, and within an estimated time frame. If project
selected by the Project Manager without precise market analysis, manufacturing
company will incur loss and once a project starts it will attract financial
loss if stopped mid-way. There is Project Management Team in manufacturing
company which takes the responsibility of choosing the most relevant project that
yields benefit and also sets the objective accordingly. The objectives of
manufacturing sector initially sprouts as an idea which is taken up as project
after estimating prospects of it, and only then it is deployed. For project

needs to be communicated to employees. The team-members must be well aware of
management's priority regarding the project and their role in meeting the set
