Data-driven decision making means to make organizational decisions based on actual data rather than mere intuition or observation alone. Decision making can sometimes be a complex process involving multiple inputs, their interpretations and sometimes subjective as well. But how to make Effective data-driven decisions? 1. Be clear on organisational goals
